We will not provide your information to a third party even with your written permission.
Quetari are bound and support the Australian Privacy Principals (APPs) and the Australian privacy act 1988.
Our Commitment to You.
We are committed to both your success and to your confidentiality, we will gather and store information that you have provided both electrically and physically, and we ensure that your personal information will remain private by all staff that we employ.
All staff must undergo training to comply with privacy laws that have been amended within the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
Failure to abide by this compliance will result (depending on the severity of the offence) in disciplinary action being taken by Quetari.
How We Collect Information from You.
We collect information from you for establishing your companies position from financial to goodwill to best assist you in tailoring a personalised fee for our services, that is best suited to you.
- Face to face and phone conversations

- Reviews
- Personal declarations upon meetings
- Driver’s licence, Passport & other ID documents
- Visas and Immigration papers
- Security checks e.g. police check and other legally related documents
All information that we collect and retain from you and from a third party is only valid after a binding contract has been agreed to by you the client and Quetari Customer Relations.
How We Store and Retain Your Information.
Your private information is stored electronically and securely within a private and fireproof location and will be kept on our company database and files for 7 years.
All electronic files are backed up weekly and access to these files are only accessible by employees of Quetari only and all of whom must undergo and pass a security check and sign a privacy agreement within the company before commencing work with us.

Quetari Customer Relations defines sensitive and personal information as the following.
- Health & medical records
- Criminal convictions
- Financial circumstances
- Sexual preference
- Religious beliefs
- Workplace incidents e.g. bullying, discrimination & harassment
- Sackings and dismissals
We hold and regard your personal information as highly sensitive and will do everything in our power to ensure that your information is kept highly confidential in accordance with our policy and procedures.
How And Why, We Pass on Information to a Third Party.
We will only relay your personal information onto a third party when you have agreed to it in your contract, we will not pass information onto a third party without your permission, or if you have not signed a contract giving us permission to do so and will pass on your information only for business-to-business reasons i.e. referrals and supplier information.

If you are unsatisfied with our service or feel that in any way we have breached the AAP’s, we aim to rectify the issue as quickly as possible and in the best satisfaction of all involved.
